Netvanta VPN Tunnel where both sides are Dynamic?

I have an application to set up a VPN tunnel between a residential (Comcast?) endpoint and another Dynamic service with Carrier Grade NAT, so there's no way to do inbound port forwarding.

Is it possible to make this work with a NetVanta boxes?  I've got a NV2054 and NV3120, but could upgrade if necessary.  I use this for Dynamic to Static with no problem, where the Dynamic is the initiator, but I can't figure out how to substitute the foo.dyndns.biz name for the 'static' peer address.

Can this be done?
