NetVanta 3200 - Disable TLS1.0 AOS R10.6.0

Looking for a way to disable TLS1.0 on an old NetVanta 3200 running AOS R10.6.0

I have remote ssh access to it, I see that newer AOS versions disable this feature and other insecure protocols by default, I'm looking to see if I can upgrade it remotely. Also wondering if there is a way to disable TLS1.0 via the CLI on the current version.
