I have a NetVanta 3305. This morning suddenly our internet was down and the router status light was red. I found that the red light indicates "Power is on but the self-test failed or the boot code could not be loaded."
But I could not find howto fix this problem. Is there way to fix this?
Connect to the console port and power-cycle it. Copy any messages on start-up and paste them into a message here. It could be bad hardware, a corrupt software image, or something else. You should see a series of start-up messages and some indication as to what failed.
