Need help configuring a VPN tunnel with a sonicwall device

have been able to establish session with Sonic Wall but users keep timing out. The VPN tunnel stays up but sessions time out. Have Netvanta 3430

I had a couple of questions regarding the issue you are experiencing:

- Do all applications lose connectivity or only a few?

- Are you still able to ping across the VPN tunnel when users experience the timeouts?

Also, it would be helpful to see the NetVanta configuration (please remember to remove any sensitive information).
