I have a QoS Map that shows packets matching in the 'Assign QoS-Policy to an interface' section of the QoS Map section of the web page. There are no dropped packets showing up so I'm wondering if the traffic is actually being queued.
Thank you for asking this question in the support community. The "matches" show that traffic is matching for that QoS Map match criteria. However, only if the link is completely saturated, will the QoS perform actions on that matched criteria. Do you know if the link is being completely utilized and engaging outbound QoS?
If you would like to reply and attach a copy of the configuration, as well as output from the following commands, I will be happy to review it for you:
show qos map
show qos map interface <interface>
show interface
Also, here is the Configuring QoS in AOS guide for reference.
