We put our SBC in between the customer phone system and our upstream voice provider who does the SIP trunking.
I can do "Show voice call summary active" and see the active calls but when looking at the Call quality Stats link in the GUI I do not see any active calls. Is this because our upstream provider is providing the trunking? We're just sending the information to them?
Would this cause our ActiveCalls in the OIDs to be 0 because we aren't actually doing the trunking?
