I have a customer with a 7100 running 11.10.1 and the system does some weird things. On occasion several users will report that they can no longer log into their VM boxes. When we go in to reset a password, there is no password even listed in the configuration. We reset it, and things are fine for a while. Also, just recently several user accounts defaulted their call coverage lists to "go to VM". Normally not an issue, but these accounts were used for inbound call routing of the main numbers to the queues. I have seen the VM password issue on 1 other 7100 i support, but not for a long time. Is this a known issue? Has code been updated to correct it?
Andrew, this is not a known issue as far as I know. My first concern would be that there may be someone logging into the system making changes. Have you changed your passwords? Thanks
