How to convert recorded audio to g729?

Hi, I have to record custom AA and option menu prompts.  I'm using Audacity to record and edit the audio but I need it in g729 format in order to upload it to the 7100 and be able to use it.  I downloaded the Netvanta Audio Converter to and installed it following the steps in the training video.  When I launch the application it does not work.  I tried using it on Win 10 64 bit and also Win XP.  Is there any other way I can do this or should I try on a Win 7 machine?
