Asterisk to Netvanta 7100 Voicemail migration

Jump to solution

I'm interested to do complete migration from Asterisk environment to Netvanta 7100, but I don't know how  to move the Voicemail messagges

Who can give me a suggestion? I know there is a tool for file format g729 conversion, but that is not enough.

Many Thanks

radu,

Thank you for posting this question.  Unfortunately, I'm afraid there is not a clean process for importing voicemails from another system into the NetVanta 7100.  The NetVanta 7100 uses proprietary .dec and .hdr files in addition to G729 encoded .wav files to associate voicemails to users.

Thanks,

Matt
