Customer can't forward their analog FXO to their night answering service.

Customer needs to forward their main number to answering service at night. Analog trunks are set up as SLA on the 7100. When you dial the forwarding code ie. *72+answering service number, it times out and gives a busy signal.

Pat, by default the 7100 handles processing of all SPRE codes locally. You can change this under "System Parameters" by switching "SPRE Handling Mode" to Network, however that would break any local SPRE codes you use on the 7100, so there would be a trade-off in either configuration. Thanks

Pat, correction to that, you can override specific SPRE codes, but only from the CLI. The command would be "voice spre-mode override *72", which would cause that code to get processed by the network while all others are processed by locally. Thanks
