FMFM - Find Me Follow me

Does anyone have a cheat sheet on how to program and use the find me follow me features?

I've attempted to get our demo system to work with now luck.

Under trunk account - I've uncheck the reject external calls.
Under User account - extension 114, I've enable FMFM.

Under everyone group - Implicitly include all calers.
Include unidentified callers is check.

Action - Rings extension 114 8 seconds

Then ring external 96952576 16 seconds.

Do I need to put a 9 there?
