The number of call appearances per line key depends on the phone type and is outlined here:

If you wish to increase the number of line keys on a phone follow this process:

Go to Voice > IP Phone Configs > select the applicable phone and click Edit:

On the next screen click on the Action line that displays the current extension

This will bring up the settings for the current extension, where you can increase the number of line keys with the up arrow highlighted below:

After setting this to the desired number click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen:

You will see the following message.  Click Yes:

If the phone does not reboot automatically you will need to manually reboot it.  When the phone boots up next it should have an extra line key.

Thanks,
Matt

I just tried it no luck.  I went Voice, Stations, User Accounts, Highlight user, Edit, User Config, there is nothing here....FYI.  I'm on further R10.2.M.5.E

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the reply.  Looks like the latest version changes a handful of things.   I'd had to change it here, then reboot the whole phone system for it to take affect.  Looks like it is system wide, not per phone.  As you can see on second pictures, that option is not on this latest Beta Firmware.

Nevermind.  That was dumb on my part.  I had to move the scroll bar to the right before I can see it.

Sorry for the miscommunication.  The procedure I outlined is to change one phone at a time.  The procedure you showed will alter either new or new and existing phones.  The phones have to be rebooted but not the entire system.  If you are using POE and they are all plugged in directly a system reboot would also reboot all the phones.  Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,
Matt
