Is there a way to block unwanted SIP messages?  The customer gets continuous ring on their phones and when they answer no one is there.  It comes in on their main number huntgroup.

Very common issue on "open" sip devices.

Make sure you can only receive SIP messages from your SIP service provider's (or VOIP PBX)  IP address. It's a simple ip access-list problem.
