MOH internal volume adjustment?

Is there a way to adjust the playback Music on Hold volume when using the internal source?

Brian,

Thanks for your question.  If you are using .wav files you would need to reduce the volume in an external sound editor program like Audacity.  If you are using the MOH port on the back the volume would need to be reduced on the device plugged in.

Brian,

I forgot to mention in the previous post that you will likely need to convert the audio to standard WAV before lowering the volume in an external sound editor program.  Once it is the proper volume you  then need to convert it back to G711/G729 formats.  I went ahead and marked this post as "assumed answered".  Feel free to select any correct or helpful answers from this post.  If you still need assistance with this issue I would be more than happy to help, just let me know in a reply.
