NetVanta 7100 - upload new MOH file

We just received a new voice recording for our MOH.  We received it in .WAV format.  I've read all the posts and videos about using the audio converter to convert MP3 files to a .WAV file with the correct codec but in our case the original file is already in WAV format.  Can I just upload the WAV file as is or do I need to do something to the WAV file first?

You'll need the files in G.711u and G.729 formats, 8kbit monaural.
