I recently purchased a Polycom SoundStation IP 4000, which is listed with the compatible IP phones on my NetVanta 7100. When I connect it to the network, the phone displays "could not contact boot server" error. I'm wondering if this is a firmware issue or if I can upload a SIP config file for this phone for it to connect.
