Remotely adding auto attendant prompts to NetVanta 7100

Jump to solution

I made a few recordings and have uploaded via ftp to a customer's NetVanta.  When I configure the AA to play one of the prompts I get no audio.  I also tried using the audio converter and uploaded to the specific codec folders and the files don't show up in the drop down box on the gui.  What is the proper way to upload audio files to use as auto attendant prompts?

Both the G729 and PCMU versions must be uploaded to the unit before they appear in the GUI.  This video details how to convert audio files and then upload them to the NetVanta 7100 so they can be used for an Auto Attendant:

If you still have issues after watching the video, please let me know and I would be happy to continue troubleshooting with you.

Thanks,

Matt
