phone time off

Hi, I have a customer with a 7100.  The data and time on the phone is wrong.  The date and time on the system is correct.  How do we fixed this?

Thanks for posting your question. Can you answer the following questions.

What version firmware is on your 7100?

What model phones?

What is your phone firmware?
