Why is call forwarding being activated without authorization on NetVanta 7100?
Sherrie, where are you seeing this forwarding being activated? Without knowing any more details about it, have you changed your passwords to confirm nobody could be accessing the system without your permission? Thanks
When this happens, the forwarding shows in the NV7100, Voice, Reports, Extensions List. The Fwd status appears On.
Then, upon checking that extension, the forwarding number shows in Voice, Stations, User Accounts, Extension, Current Settings.
The passwords have been changed.
