Does anyone know of a way to limit the number of calls to a ring group in ECS?
I have a ring group with 5 phones ringing in an out building but need to limit the ring group to only two calls at a time? The space is a large out building that has 5 phones in it but only two employees work in the space at any one time. I need the third call to follow the overflow behavior.
