Is there a way to setup reminders to play a beep when a call has been on hold for a certain time on ECS 4.6.4?

The ADTRAN phones are much easier than the Polycom phones. You will need to modify two files.
The file is called adtran_customer.txt
Location 1:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ADTRAN\NetVanta UC Server\Data\System\PhoneTypes\ADTRAN\
Location 2:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ADTRAN\NetVanta UC Server\Data\TFTP\
Open up the files and add the following to the file after the “GmtOffset” entry. It needs to be on a new line. It is case sensitive so the H and R have to be capital. Just copy and paste it.
HoldReminder XX
where XX is the frequency in seconds that you would like the phone to play the hold reminder
Once you make the changes, you should just have to reboot the phone and it should work.
Let me know the results.

Re: ECS 4.6.4 on hold reminders
Mark,
Is there a document which outlines all of the options available in the file? Also now the customer wants to know if there is a way to turn down the volume of the reminders.
Thanks
