New Active Directory User Does not go to voicemail
I setup a new user in UC Admin. Call rings the system default of four times, then the system hands up. The call does not go to voice mail. The new user is using all the same option and current users, but voicemail is not working. The user has completed the user setup from the phone to record the personal greeting message. The systems hangs up before the users greeting is played back.
Any clues as to what I may need to correct? I’m a new self taught administrator trying to get a new user working.

Tom, is the user in question using Local Message Store or Exchange Message Store? Thanks
