Hello
I am running CallAttendant 3.2.10 on XP. I had to reboot the machine, and now when I hit the Voicemail key, or dial the number for Voicemail, all I get is one ring, and then silence. I have restarted all the Call Attendant services and the Dialogic services, but no joy. Any ideas as to what I need to do?

Stephen, if I remember correctly when we worked this ticket, we suspected an Avaya routing issue. Was the issue ever corrected? Thanks

Re: No response to Voicemail
The issue was that the audio files in the C:\Program Files\Object World\Call Attendant Office Server\Data\System\Announcement\Female Voice, along with several other .cfg files had been deleted. Once these were replaced, the system began working again.
Again, Thanks for your help.
