UC Server cannot connect using Adtran Netvanta UC client or Netvanta UC Server Configuration Wizard

Hi,  I have a demo UC server.  I hasn't been running in a while.  It was working.  Now when I try to connect using UC server client or server configuration wizard, it's telling me cannot connect to the server.  I can ping the full qualify domain name fine.  I've attempted to restart all the services, yet still no luck.  Any ideas?

nevermind..it was the application services.....
