accessing SQL call data

Jump to solution

I am able now to access my SQL databases in the Netvanta UC server.  But I see alot of system tables, but no call tables.  I found one table called calllogs, but it is empty.

Where are the call logs kept? what database/table?

Buffit,

Are you connecting to the NetVantaUC SQL DB or your own SQL DB?

2. Are you using a windows login or a SQL account?

3. If you don't see the table in your DB, then more than likely your account doesn't have access to that table.
