Windows phone 8.1 + netvanta VPN client

Now that a Windows phablet is to be released, and microsoft RDP client is available in Win8.1, I would like to access my office server (behind Netvanta 3448).  Is there a way to configure NetVanta VPN client to run on a Windows8.1 phone/phablet?
