To request Return Merchandise Authorization of SmartRG devices, you must open a Support Case, following the instructions in the appropriate RMA Procedure:
. You will also need to create a list of devices and their serial numbers using the attached SmartRG RMA Device List file and attach that file to your Support Case.
Note:Before you can return devices, your RMA Request must be approved.
