SmartRG RMA Procedure for Customers

To request authorization to return SmartRG merchandise, you must open a support case at www.adtran.com/opencase, or call the ADTRAN Support Line at 1-888-4ADTRAN (1-800-423-8726).

Before opening a request, make sure to download the instructions document (attached to this article) and to have information about the device(s) you want to return such as the SmartRG model number and the device serial numbers.
