Wanted to reach out to the community to find out if anyone else has had this trouble. Data service drops but voice remains working. I'm able to send ATM packets and see the PVC up but no response from the Adtran. While data is down the device is not accessible remotely. Once the device is rebooted data and remote connectivity are restored. This happens on several different firmware versions I've tried. Any suggestions?

This sounds like an issue that was resolved in D05.08.14 firmware. Please try that version and let us know if the problem persists.
