ADTRAN 900 series IAD part numbers ending in #M or #ITC

For example: 4212924L1#ITC or 4212924L1#M is there a difference in the basic config?

i know that *****#M stands for Verizon and most likely belongs or belonged to them.

The hardware is the same. Those part numbers were used for service providers that wanted IADs shipped with a specific version of firmware / default configuration.
