Automatic Ring Down FXS/T1/SIP Calling

PBX (FXS) <---> Channel Bank <---> T1 <---> 924e <---> CISCO Router <---> MPLS Network <---> CISCO ROUTER <---> SIP Phone

 

Is it possible to route an analog telephone call to a SIP telephone as shown in this line diagram? Also, see attached PDF.
