Can you program FXS port to place outbound calls over specific SIP trunk?

I have several 9xx series that I am migrating from one Metaswitch to a new Metaswitch.  Some have subscribers that need to remain on the old switch meaning I can't move all lines at one time.  So I was contemplating creating a second SIP trunk and trunk group for the new Metaswitch and swinging FXS ports over one at a time so to speak.  This works fine for my inbound traffic in my testing but I can't seem to force outbound calls on an individual FXS port, in this case 0/7, to use the second connection.  The FXS registers itself correctly with the new Metaswitch and takes calls from it but when it makes an outbound call it defaults to the old Metaswitch.  Ideas?

Yes, this is what SABR was designed for. You can configure which outgoing trunks are used based on the incoming trunk or user. Configuration guide here: https://supportforums.adtran.com/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadBody/1862-102-2-1978/Source%20and%20ANI...
