Does this indicate a hardware failure?

Btilson,

Thanks for posting!  It is unlikely that this is an indication of a hardware failure.  Software resets like this are often fixed in later firmware versions.  The firmware on this unit is a few years old, so my suggestion would be to upgrade to A4.11.00 or R10.3.2 at this time.  If you have any further reboots on one of these newer firmware versions, you will need to call us at 888-423-8726 to open a general Technical Support ticket.

Thanks!

David
