I have trouble reading the barcode of the serial number with a scanner.

I have several different scanners and can't seem to be able to scan the bar code on the side of the unit. The serial number. They start with CFGXXXXXXXXXXX.

I've tried manually setting my scanner for bar code type 39 but this doesn't help.
