Is there a sample config for SIP to h323

I have an Adtran 908e that has incoming SIP that currently goes to PRI then to PBX,

I have a new Avaya Ip Office server edition (virtual) running and of course I do not have any PRI ports.

Can the Adtran take those call and go to an H323 line to the new system instead to to the PRI?

Is there a config guide or anything that will help?
