My SIP carrier has inform me I need to add Multiple FQDN to my
config for their server. How would you add these? TX

You should be able to keep adding "secondary" SIP servers using the same command as shown above.

Thanks for posting! Generally I would set that up as a primary and secondary SIP server as shown below.
voice trunk T01 type sip
sip-server primary sipexample1.com
sip-server secondary sipexample2.com
You can configure as many secondary SIP servers as you need.
