SIP/PRI handoff fax issues 916 2nd generation

We have a customer with a Cisco call manager and a fax server. We hand them off a PRI to their Cisco device and we are having some issues with some faxes but not all. It seems to act up going through the fax server. Are there a set of certain configs that must be in place for this to work? Likewise are there some settings that will kill the fax quickly? I will post the configs when I get them.
