I've been trying to set up a hunt group where an incoming call hunts to the next trunk. The issue I have is that the hunting does not happen if the first port is in a ringing state. Once answered the call forwards to the next port. I have set up Ring Groups to handle the hunting. Call Waiting is off on the trunks.
How do I set a Trunk to act as busy while in a ringing state?
