Test a PRI status, send email fi down
Is there a way to probe / test a T!/PRI so if it is DOWN we send a message out (tcl script)
The question is how to determine the status of a PRI and send a message

I'd read through this document: https://supportforums.adtran.com/docs/DOC-1646
See page 28 for monitoring interface state, use interface PRI 1 in your case.

I must be dense, just not seeing the solution.
Most of the probes are host/ip
Guess Ill be looking at snmp state to probe

Try:
track test if interface pri 1 line-protocol
