we have 23 other locations that are not having the problem, This location was just turned up and we have had the problem the whole time. Earthlink says there is not setting to do this. We do have a Sonicwall tz215 behind the Adtran, but have tested it to make sure it's not doing the time-out.

We would need to see a copy of the unit's configuration in order to know if any timeouts would apply on the ADTRAN unit. Feel free to reply with a copy of the configuration, just make sure to remove any confidential information specific to your site such as passwords, IP addresses, and phone numbers. Alternatively, you could call 888-423-8726 to open a support ticket with ADTRAN.
