Where to download Boot ROM for 924 2nd GEN

Hello, I upgraded a 924 2nd GEN (4212924L1) to the latest firmware (R13.12.1).  After doing so I realized that it won't boot since this firmware requires a minimum boot ROM of version 14.04.00.  Where can I download boot ROM 14.04.00 at?  Thank you.

In the past, the Boot ROM files were only available via an Adtran Technical Support ticket request.  They never posted the Boot ROM to any of the support sites.
