how do i rest to factory settings

in the middle of setting up power went out and i cant get back in to the adtran at all

The only way to do that is to use the console cable and bypass the password requirement.  Here's a link to the Adtran video and document to do that:

i can get on boot strap but how can i reset back to factory settings so i can start over.

You can either erase the startup-config or download the factory configuration and copy that to overwrite the current configuration.
