I have a predictive dialer and a Mediant 1000 MSBG. This mediant has been setup as sip proxy to a sip server. Workstations have X-lite installed and configured with station ids setup in sip server. Mediant is connected to dialer using T1 interface.
When an agent logs on to the dialer, a 3 digit code is sent to Mediant and Mediant interprets/conference this with sip server and the agent goes on idle and is now ready to take calls.
I would like to achieve the above using Adtran TA908e. Is it possible?
