Best practices for purging exceptions and clearing other errors from n-Command?

Hello,

New to n-Command, but finding it to be very useful. My question is what, if any, impact with there be on the customer when purging exceptions, and how do I clear other errors such as low MOS score if there is no longer an issue with low MOS? Any tips and advice on clearing other errors would be appreciated as well. Thank you in advance!
