SNMP N-Command

Jump to solution

Hi Fellas,

Good afternoon, I was checking the N-Command server that I'm using for monitoring my network, and I was seeing that there's a menu with SNMP settings, and I have a Solarwinds Orion system for handle SNMP traffic.

I want to know that if I could integrate N-Command to my SNMP system using the AOS MIBs that are available on the website or do i need another MIBs for get this working?

Thanks a lot!.

David:

Thank you for asking this question in the Support Community.  Yes, n-Command MSP can be configured to use SNMP.

  1. Log in as the administrator
  2. Go to Settings > SNMP Settings
  3. Assign the SNMP NMS IP address in the "Host 1" field
  4. Assign the SNMP Community String in the "Community" field
  5. Select the SNMP version in the "Version" drop down
  6. Select which alerts you would like to use via SNMP
  7. Select the "Save" button

I hope that makes sense, but let me know if you have further questions.
