I am being asked by the ip/flex carrier the codec used by the atlas 550 above. This is a system connected to 23 modems that serves as a fax server incoming and outgoing. Troubleshooting the disconnection of an incoming fax resulting in an incomplete document and repeat incoming dials till successfully transmitted. This was not a problem when using a T1 circuit.
