Does Atlas support E.164 10 digit dialing

I think I know this answer but just want to confirm.  It can Route (send or Receive) on 10 digits in or out.

It supports 10 digits but I don't believe that it supports the "+" symbol for "country code follows". A workaround is to have it recognize "011" (in the NANP) and program your endpoints to use this and not the "+".
