OPTI-6100 Shelf with OMM312V

I have an OMM312V in the HS2 slot that is saying on STS1 SD-P as a critical alarm. Can anyone point me in the direction of a manual that will list what these messages are trying to tell me? Or can tell me what is happening?

In the OPTI-6100 Maintenance and Troubleshooting Guide (Document Part Number: 61184500L1-6M), on PDF page 266 of 306 is the following:  "Signal Degrade STS-1 CR/MN SD-P adgenPathSdAlm"

In the OPTI-6100 Installation and Turn-Up Guide (Document Part Number: 61184500L1-5M), on PDF page 253 of 436 is the following:  "Signal Degrade 10E-5 (default)"

I would start looking at the OMM's PERFORMANCE MONITORING menu as mentioned on page 231 of 306 of the "Maintenance" guide above.
