The customer changed the wav file for english and french AA. Since the change the english menu doesn't reconize any digit and the french menu transfer all digit to the same extention.
Should i try a reset?

Re: 7100 AA not reconizing DTMF
dlazure,
Is DTMF recognized when called from an internal phone vs an external phone? Did a reset help? If you are still having problems with this I would like to see the following items:
- current configuration
- screenshots of the Auto-Attendant configurations
- output from a debug voice verbose and debug sip stack messages while the issue is recreated
To submit the configuration file and debugs you can use the instructions below:
Open Internet Explorer web browser on their PC
Type the following URL: ftp://ftp.adtran.comPress the Alt key, click View, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer
Double-click the "Incoming" folder
Drag and drop files from PC into the Internet Explorer windowReply to this post with the exact filenames used so we can retrieve the files
Thanks,
Matt
