BLF buttons not clearing

I have a few 7100's out there running R10.11.0.E and VVX series phones.  I get reports of BLF keys getting "stuck" showing a user as busy when they are not.  The only way I have found to reset this by bouncing the 7100.  It is usually not a problem but a little annoying to the customers.  Is there a quicker way of reseting the status of a user?  Also is there anything we can do to prevent the issue?

I just wanted to update this post to mention this issue was related to a memory leak that was fixed recently in AOS R11.3.0.  Upgrading to that version should prevent this issue from happening.

Well, the system is at it again.  Currently running R11.4 and i have a Status button stuck.  It has been running for months without this happening so i figured that the code resolved the issue.  Is there a less disruptive way to force a refresh than a system reboot?

I'm having this issue, as well.  Any ideas?  It's annoying, and this shouldn't be happening.
